Kelley grew up in the hospitality industry and was taught customer service from the time she could walk and talk. With decades of experience in the hospitality industry, her priority is always to put her clients first, work within their budgets, give more than asked of her, focus on the details and get their shit done.

She loves taking a concept or an idea, strategizing a plan and turning it into an amazing experience filled event for all involved. Her primary focus is conferences, workshops, and retreats because people are surrounded with learning and gaining new knowledge in their chosen industry.
